You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@vibetara.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@vibetara.com so we can resolve the issue. We may require you to provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
